Process

One file. One conversation. Real options.

We do the work that turns one application into multiple structured offers — without sending your information to forty lenders or burning a hard pull before you’ve even seen a number.

01

Apply — soft pull only

Sixty seconds, basic information. We pull credit on a soft basis — no impact to your score — so we can size up the file before talking to anyone else.

02

We package & place

Bank statements get organized, the file gets framed, and we route it to the lenders most likely to fund your specific profile. Industries, deposit patterns, and credit tiers all factor into who sees what.

03

You compare and pick

You get structured options laid out side by side — rate, term, monthly cost, total cost. Pick one, sign, and the lender wires funds, typically next business day.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Does applying affect my credit score?
No. The initial review is a soft pull only. A hard inquiry, if needed, only happens once you’ve reviewed terms and authorized a specific lender to underwrite your file.
How long does it take to fund?
Most files receive a soft-pull decision the same day. Once you select an offer and complete the lender’s documentation, funds typically wire within one business day.
Do you charge an application fee?
No. There is no cost to apply and no cost to compare options. We’re compensated by the lender on funding, not by you. The mechanics are spelled out in our Disclosures.
What documents do you need?
At a minimum, the last three months of business bank statements and a brief application. Larger amounts or specific products (HELOC, invoice factoring) may require additional documentation. We’ll request only what’s needed for the lenders we’re routing your file to.
Will I get spammed by every lender in your network?
No. We present your file to a small set of lenders selected for your specific profile. You hear from us, not from a flood of underwriters. We never resell your data to third-party broker lists.
What if I’m declined?
If the structures we shopped don’t yield an offer, we’ll tell you why and what would change the answer — often it’s a question of seasoning, deposit volume, or trying a different product type. There’s no penalty or hard-pull damage from a declined application at our stage.
What’s the difference between SCS and a direct lender?
Secure Capital Solutions is a commercial financing broker (ISO), not a lender. We don’t originate, fund, hold, or service financing — independent Lender Partners do. A direct lender funds off its own balance sheet and has rigid policies it has to defend; we don’t hold a balance sheet, so we route each file to the lender most likely to fund it.
