A business line of credit, powered by your home’s equity.
A business-purpose line secured by the equity in your home. It sits in second position behind your existing mortgage — so nothing about your first mortgage changes.
A business HELOC is a business-purpose line of credit secured by the equity in your home and recorded in second lien position behind your existing first mortgage. Lines run from $25,000 to $750,000, sized up to roughly 85% combined loan-to-value, with credit scores accepted from 600 and funding in as few as five business days. You choose a 10, 15, 20, or 30-year term, fixed or variable, and the line revolves — pay principal down and you can draw it again. It is available in 33 states plus Washington, D.C. It is not a refinance: your first-mortgage rate, balance, and payment stay exactly as they are. Secure Capital Solutions is the broker on the transaction; the line itself is originated, underwritten, and funded by an independent Lender Partner.

A lower-cost way to access cash
Secured capital prices below unsecured consumer credit. For an owner who has equity and a use for the money, that difference compounds over the life of the balance.
| Source of capital | Typical APR | Secured by |
|---|---|---|
| Credit cards | ~19% | Nothing — unsecured |
| Personal loans | ~15% | Nothing — unsecured |
| Business HELOC | Typically lower than unsecured credit cards or personal loans | Home equity, second lien |
Average market APRs for personal loans and credit cards, shown for comparison — not offers. Your HELOC rate depends on your profile.
Put plainly: a business HELOC typically prices below both common unsecured alternatives — credit cards, which average roughly 19% APR, and personal loans, which average roughly 15% APR — because the line is secured by real property instead of by a signature. If you don’t own a home, or you’d rather not put one behind a business obligation, an unsecured business line of credit covers the same working-capital need at a higher rate, and a term loan is the better structure for a single defined outlay.

This product is a business-purpose loan and is not offered for personal, family, or household use.
